Payment

We accept payment electronically through PayPal, a trusted and secure online payment processor. When paying through PayPal, please make sure that your registered address is up to date, or if you want your order sent to a different address, please email to let us know.

Delivery

We’re sorry, but we only deliver with the UK. Most orders are sent out within two working days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. If you need it faster, we’ll do our best. Risk of damage or loss passes to you at time of delivery.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours (or the next business day), and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.  Please keep the damaged item, including all packaging as it may be required for an insurance claim.

Vintage goods

We have tried to show the vintage pieces in all their glory, but please be aware that they are not brand new, and may have signs of wear and tear – we like to think they show how much they’ve been loved!

Please note that we have tried to represent colours as accurately as possible, but computer screens vary so colours should be used as a guide only.
